Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location was decent, near areas we wanted to visit, but the rooms were disappointingly small. The service was exceptional, and the dining experience was pleasant despite some issues with overcrowding during breakfast.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-fitted, warm, and comfortable with a nice hot shower and clean amenities. The service was exceptional, with lovely and friendly staff providing a brilliant Cornish breakfast. The location was convenient, right in the heart of Wadebridge, offering easy access to local facilities and the Camel Trail. The dining experience was satisfactory, although some choices were unavailable, and the facilities were good overall.
The hotel room was not suitable for an angina sufferer as it was small and not as depicted in the pictures, which was disappointing for the price of £99 per night. However, the cleanliness and comfort were acceptable. The courtyard rooms were particularly pleasant for future bookings. Dining options were good though there were issues with unbooked breakfast guests, but dinner was delicious. Overall, the hotel was decent but lacked some expected amenities.
